* A complimentary in-person consultation to meet,  get to know you and learn about your vision for your wedding ceremony.  You can tell me if you want to write your own vows or exactly how you want your ceremony to be.  Of course, if your schedule (or distance) does not permit – we can definitely discuss all of this by phone.

* Working with you to develop and design each section of your ceremony. Do you want to include a remembrance of a family member, or have a special unity ceremony or special reading?

* Assuring you access to me by phone, email and in person, if necessary.  I WILL respond to your phone calls and/or emails. We will work closely together drafting your ceremony until it is just the way you want it.

* I will also provide a portable p.a. system, if requested, so that everyone can hear every special word that you speak.

 

 

Intimate Gathering Inside Faulkner County – Starting at $50.00.  Small ceremony/elopement – bride, groom, and a few friends/family members. 24 hours notice appreciated, but not necessary if my schedule permits. Inside Faulkner County. Prewritten vows, but minor changes can be made.   No deposit required.

 

Intimate Gathering Outside Faulkner County – Starting at $75.00   Small ceremony with 15 or fewer guests (not including the Bride and Groom)   More than 24 hours notice appreciated, but not required if my schedule permits. Travel charge of $25 required if more than 50 miles from Conway, AR (determined by mapquest.com).  $25 deposit required.  Prewritten vows minor changes can be made.

 

This ceremony can be a traditional or one customized to your very own love story.  You can make this service uniquely yours by writing your own vows or including special poems or readings. Special ceremonies such as blending of sands, unity candle, hand blessing or handfasting can added.  Your ceremony will be performed at the place of your choice, with as many guests as you wish.

The All Inclusive package includes:

~Consultation in person or by telephone.

~Unlimited number of guests

~Creating your customized ceremony.

~ Portable p.a. system with wireless mic

~Wedding Day, I will arrive 30 minutes to one hour prior to the ceremony

~Officiate at ceremony

 

*The final price is based on the time requirement needed to create the wedding ceremony you desire, travel involved,  etc.  Before I can offer a final fee quote, I must first understand your aspirations for your wedding ceremony.

 

 

* If I conduct the wedding rehearsal, please add an additional $50.00

* If venue is between 50 and 100 miles, a $25 mileage charge will apply.

* If venue is between 100 miles and 150 miles from Conway, a $50 mileage charge will apply.

* If venue is more than 150 miles from Conway, a $75 mileage charge will apply.

 

* A non-refundable retainer of $50  and signed contract is due in order to book your ceremony and reserve the date.  ($25 for Intimate Gatherings if scheduled in advance.)

* Payment must be made in full two weeks before the ceremony.   (I’ll be glad to work out a payment plan with you if you don’t wish to pay the entire fee all at once.)
